Shipping
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it live on the Track Order page.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. To request a return, use the return option on your order page (My Account → Orders) or the Contact page — please include photos for damaged items.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order yourself from your order page within a short window after payment, as long as fulfilment hasn't started. After that, please use the return process above once your order arrives.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
